ROADKILL NIGHTS 2026
ROAD COURSE TRACK SHOOTOUT — DRIVER REGISTRATION
Saturday, August 8, 2026 • M1 Concourse • Pontiac, MI
Thank you for your interest in the Roadkill Nights Road Course Track Shootout, to be held on August 8 at M1 Concourse in Pontiac, MI. While the legendary street drags run on Woodward Ave in front of the facility, the Track Shootout takes place inside the gates on a dedicated section of the M1 Concourse race track in a gate-to-gate format.
Registration is not transferable or refundable.
Please only register if you and your vehicle are able to adhere to the Track Shootout Rules and Regulations (see separate document), including but not limited to:
All compliance with rules and regulations is subject to the Race Director's and other governing bodies' discretion on site.
The Track Shootout is a gate-to-gate timed competition run on a designated portion of the M1 Concourse road course. Each car is released from the grid individually at a spaced interval set by the starter. Your time starts when you cross the start gate timing loop and stops when you cross the finish gate. Multiple cars will be on course at the same time, but passing is strictly prohibited — this is a race against the clock, not the car ahead.
This year, we will have three classes of Track Shootout competition:
Rotary-engined vehicles: NA 2-rotor runs in NA (6 Cylinders or Fewer); NA 3+ rotor runs in NA (8 Cylinders or More); turbo/supercharged rotaries run in Forced Induction.
There will be open timed sessions in which each participant will receive multiple runs. Our timing system will capture the time of each run, and your best single run counts toward the final standings in your class. The track is scheduled to be ready to run at 9:30 am.
The Track Shootout has cash prizes for all classes:
